About Me

My name is Beth and I grew up here in Perth, Western Australia.Like everyone, there are many facets of my life that make me who I am.I am a scientist, educator, creator, cat and dog parent, home owner and life long learner.

Professionally, I am an educator and training to be an early childhood teacher. My background is in environmental science, which you might see peeking through in my blog posts now and again!Anything else you may want to know? Send me a message via the contact form!

My vision

This blog is a safe, creative space for me to share my kitchen experiements with you all! I find that I will always want to try something new and I am always changing recipes! This is a place for me to document my triumphs and learning opportunities to help both myself and you become better cooks.

Everything will be my own work (photos and all!) however I will get many recipes from others. These I will always have a link or some sort of reference to. Thanks University education for encouraging meticulous referencing!
