Honey Soy Stir Fry

This recipe comes from experimentation and checking ratios on various sites.
Ingredients
1 onion
Heaped tsp garlic
Heaped tsp ginger
Approx 4 cups of veges (red cabbage, frozen corn, frozen beans, mushrooms, carrot)
1 packet hokkien noodles
1/2 cup honey
3 tbls soy sauce
2 tsp oyster sauce (omit for vegetarian option)
All measurements are approximate...
Method
Choppy choppy those veges into the size you want to eat.
Cook the onion then add the garlic and ginger.
Toss in the "hard" veges (cabbage, corn, beans, carrot). Cook until soft (approx 5 mins)
While this is cooking, prepare noodles according to packet or microwave in water for 3 minutes.
Toss into the pan the mushrooms and cook for a minute.
Add the noodles, honey, soy sauce and oyster sauce. Toss this through then serve.
